Education
Being born into a family that bleeds purple and gold, it came as no surprise that Brad elected to attend the University of Washington. He graduated from the business school in 2003, with a primary focus in marketing.

Foundation For Success
During college, Brad was the Head Tennis Director at Overlake Golf and Country Club, managing all aspects of the business which included marketing the program, hiring a staff, accounting, scheduling, and personal instruction. The relationships he formed and business experience he gained proved invaluable as he transitioned into the real estate business.

Experience
Upon graduating from the University of Washington in 2003, Brad began his real estate career. He has continually grown his business using a simple business model. From a transaction standpoint, he has used his vast market knowledge and business background to become very successful in negotiating contracts to financially benefit his clients. In addition to this, Brad understands the emotion that’s involved in buying or selling a home, so he makes it a top priority to ensure the entire process is stress free from start to finish.

One aspect of Brad's business he places great importance on is maintaining a strong relationship with his clients once the sale has been completed. His client care program, in which he offers a complimentary “personal concierge service”, enables clients (past, present, and future) to call on him anytime they have a service related need. The value he provides to those he works with enables them to utilize his full range of services at any time, whether they are in the market for a home or not. His “service after the sale” approach has enabled him to continually grow his business primarily from referrals, and he has been fortunate enough to work with some great people who have played a vital role in contributing to his success.

Personal Interests
Ever since he was a young child, Brad has always loved sports. Some of his fondest memories are those of which he was tossing the football around at Husky tailgates and attending Mariner games with his dad. In addition to enjoying sports on a professional level, Brad has always been very involved in coaching. He loves working with kids and feels it’s very important to give back to the community.
