Uncompromising Integrity, work ethic and follow-through are three intangibles that Pat has based his professional career around. As a life long resident of Seattle, Pat has a unique insight of the different demographics, market trends and quirky little nuances of many of the communities around Puget Sound, which has proven extremely beneficial towards the accumulation and preservation of wealth through real estate equity for his clients.
Commercial Real Estate Brokerage is the only career Pat has ever known. Pat went to work for a local commercial real estate brokerage at the age of 20 while going to school at the University of Washington. Two years later, Pat graduated with a degree in Business Administration on a Saturday afternoon and commenced his Commercial Real Estate Brokerage career the following Monday morning. In 2003, Pat founded EHI Real Estate Advisors, based on the hallmarks of Experience, Honesty & Integrity, and is proud to see all of his agents within EHI embrace these core values.
Pat lives in Seattle’s Leschi neighborhood and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Mt. Baker Housing, a local non-profit housing developer in Southeast Seattle. Outside of work, Pat enjoys outdoor activities and can often be found at a ballpark or arena, rooting tirelessly for the Huskies, Mariners and Seahawks. In addition, Pat enjoys focusing time on another passion in his life – cooking for family and friends.
