Nick Glant began his career in commercial real estate and has taken many of the skills garnered in commercial to the residential sector.  The need for professionalism and full-time continuity for fairness to our clients is why Nick has made it his goal to start the most professional brokerage in residential real estate.
Patrick Suarez has been the owner and founder of EHI (Experience Honesty and Integrity) Real Estate, which has been operating since 2003 with astounding success and a sterling reputation for ethical conduct and success in the industry. 

“Success through Specialization” is the driving force behind the NWG Real Estate’s strategic partnership with EHI Real Estate Advisors. As the partner company to EHI, NWG Real Estate is purely a residential brokerage with the support of an investment/commercial group in EHI.
